brake problem

i put the 300zx brake upgrade with all new pads and rotors, rebuilt calipers on the on my 92 coupe and when i went to go drive it i noticed that it felt like the front brakes were sticking i look at my rotors and there is a deep scratch on the very outside(last five millimeters of the rotor face) of the rotor like it had been rubbing the caliper totally screwed up 2 brand new rotors has anyone ran into this problem? have any info on a mistake i might have made?

u probably installed them incorrectly

the pads hang how can you install them incorrectly, basically only one way to install them

I gotta ask this. How pistons get retracted or they never get retracted and stay there?
