Oil Leaking/ White Smoke kade

Ok so recently after some heavy rain, my cars been bogging out a lot of white smoke from the exhaust but after letting it run for a bit, it's fine. The other day same thing happened but this time the car stalled out on its own and refused to start again. There's still a lot of white smoke coming out when the car is on and in order to start it I have to pump the gas or it won't turn over. I checked the coolant reserve for oil and the oil for coolant but I see no mixing. The smoke smells like oil and after checking the spark plugs, I noticed that there was oil in the 3rd spark plug chamber. So immediately I know it needs new valve cover gaskets. But after running the car for a little bit I noticed a puddle of oil under the car, dripping from the cat. I know I'll need new valve cover gaskets but I'm not too sure if that's my only problem. Please helppp.

Ok thanks for the input but I actually got word its most likely the valve stem seals. I did some further investigation, checking the compression and checked the radiator but nothing out of the ordinary, so I'm ruling out a blown head gasket for now and gonna try and get to work on replacing the valve stem seals. Either way, its just as much work as a blown head gasket if not more.

Yea I'm planning on it, I just meant to say the problem isn't a blown head gasket. I got the head gasket with the valve cover gasket as a set anyway so why not.
