Q45 maf install help

Alright so the maf on my sr went bad and I got this q45 maf off eBay for 20 bucks.

Now the side for the filter I have an adaptor for, but the side for the intake is huge compared to the 2.5 inch hosing on the sr.

I have searched and searched and haven't found an adaptor for this application. Any help would be much appreciated.

I know the q45 maf is larger then the n62 (300zx) but I was able to find a 300zx maf -> Ebay Intake pipe adapter.
Are you looking for a q45 -> stock intake adapter? That might be hard to find because of the huge difference in size.

You've measured both diameters and then searched ebay for a XX to XX coupler?

The q45 maf is 90mm. (Which is 3.54 inches.)
You said your intake is 2.5 inches.

Search ebay for 3.5 inch to 2.5 coupler and you'll see a few options. 3.5 will stretch enough.

If you can link me one that would be awesome, because I looked for them under intake couplers, 3.5 to 2.5 coupler, and nothing.

I'm starting to think I should have just gotten another SR Maf

Don't look under "intake couplers".
Just search the ebay main page for 2.5" to 3.5" coupler.

2.5 to 3.5 coupler, great deals on eBay Motors on eBay!

Also, dude this is a good thing. It's like you're finally becoming a man. Your setup is unique enough now that you can't just buy "off the shelf" adapters, it's custom fabbed and stuff.
