Oh yeah SC300/400 too. But I guess that is kinda understandable. The S14 and SC have simular look from the side profile.

My GF knows my car is a 240sx, but she DID say that it looks like a old school prelude. (2.0 Si) She also said my car looks kinda like a 92 integra...BOTH of those comments hurt pretty bad..

I took my 90 in to get that secondary muffler removed (hole in it) and the guy looked at the car(front) and said, "What is that, a Probe?"

I was at the mall a few days after I got the car and I walked out and there was this ricer kid with an orange civic parked next to me. When I got to my car he asked what kind of conversion I did. I said, "conversion?" He then said...."that's a VTEC Accord 2-door isn't it?" I can't remember what I said in return though. I was pretty shocked.

An Integra-boy told me that since I have the JDM front end (it's a stock '98) that means I probably 'already have the JDM turbo engine in there'.

hah... I know a guy whose red S14 is badged as a Lexus SC300

I get the lexus SC thing all the time... Then there was the time where the rice-bastard at the only auto zone that sells K&N oil filters was telling people that I had the "J-spec motor without the turbo..." Anyone that knows me knows that I don't use the word "motor" when referring to an internal combustion ENGINE and that I make no bones that I have a BONE STOCK KA BEEOTCH.

Yes when i first got my car all the kids in my grade kept telling me it was fwd. I was like are you stupid its my car i think i know. So one day i had to burn out so they could see my back tires spin.

My 240 has been called a saturn before that one really hurt.
Probe all the time too, especially at night.

Ok i got a 90 hatch 240. Looks alot like a probe, but check this out my boy has a fast Rx7 1st gen and its black to if you look at the fron of these cars the have the same number of lights like front bumber light ans then side bumber light and pop up head lights the just his car si smaller its like a baby 240. Everyone seems to think i got a v6 its killin me. The funniest thing was my boy killed this gt mustang right and they guy was like what is that 6 cyl and my boy was like i dant have cylinders and the guy was like how many liters and my boy was 1.3 that guy was confused for the rest of the night.

a kid called my s13 fastback a corvette, and a guy stopped me in walmart and asked me what my car was. I have a nismo emblem on the back of my car, and he said "what brand is that, nismo? must be a new car, I've never heard of it..." I spent like 10 minutes explaining it all to him, that nismo was to nissan what mopar was to dodge, that the car wasn't new (it has rust spots!) and that its a 240sx.

I have actually mistaken an mx-6 for an s14 when I first got my 240. that was from far away though.

I didn't hear it personally, but a guy in a Chevy Silverado allegedly said I had a nice Probe at last Saturday's autocross.

Not quite sure what to make of that.

Nobody's mistaken my car for anything else... 1/2 the time they don't know wtf it is. Some dumbass security guard who wrote me a citation for bad parking (which was BS anyway) wrote it down as being a 2000 Nissan 240sx.
