Quick sr alt question - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Ok so i have the ka24de alt on my car, how many hot wires go on to it. I have one and then i have another but its not hooked up. I put it on the main wire bolt that goes on the back of the alt and when I try to put my FL 100A fuse on it sparks like crazy...any ideas.

its the same as every SR and KA alt, you have your main plug thats gray, then you have ur power wire that goes onto the stud with ether the 10mm or 12mm nut depending what year KA alt you have, then the ground that has the 8mm screw
