Wont start?

I got a 90 Hatch with a 95 KA24DE in it with a OBD1 conversion (91-94). ECU is out of a 91 KADE. Car will crank but wont turn over. I am getting fuel and spark. What could be wrong?

Can you elaborate more on this? Is your starter working properly? Do you mean the car continues to crank but never fires up?

Yes, the starter is working properly. It cranks, but does not fire up.

Pull your plugs to see if they are soaked in gas. Look down into the engine with a flashlight to see if there is any fuel. Flooding the pistons with gas will cause the engine to crank but never start. If you're sure your spark plugs are ok and you don't have a strong smell of gas, I'd check your timing.
