This is about Nismo_tuner or Brian. I have all his information.



This guy is a fucking joke. a person NEVER messes with another persons money or time. especially when it is ME. i dont play fucking games...period. so for all people considering buying from him DONT.

Here is the story (kinda long):



So, back in october i picked up his gold shell that was for sale. we worked out a trade and the car was all squared away for, but he said that he owed the shop he got it from $500. Thats all fine, because i had picked up several other parts and still owed him money. although he said we could do payments, i offered if I we could just go up to oxnard to pick up the pink slip, and ill pay with the money i owe him, so that debt HE owed the shop would be payed. he said that was fine.

So we set a day to go pick up the pink slip. yesterday (1/31/2010) was the day we were supposed to go. I had called him Saturday night (1/30/2010) to confirm that we were still going to meet up. He said yes, and that he would call me back to confirm the time, but we had both agreed on early in the morning...never got a call back... I called as soon as i woke up. no answer. called a few more times left a voicemail, and nothing, so itexted him telling him i was on my way to go pick up the other parts i needed to get, and then i would go get him.

The whole time, i am calling him repeatedly, and texting him as i go to update him on where i am so he can know to get ready. never got a reply. so the last stop i have to pick up parts is not too far from his house. and im talking to the guy, and telling him what i have to do that day. and i explained everything, and he raised an eyebrow. I called 3 times with the person there, no answer, on the 4th time i finally got an answer. it was some guy (not BRIAN) saying "you have the wrong number, i just got this phone two weeks ago"...so i said "ok sorry" and hung up.

When i got off the phone the person i was with said. "Nismo_tuner brian?" and i said yes. he rolled his eyes and said "that guy has fucked 2 or 3 of my friends over and ME as well".... and so i sat there and said "fuck my life".. I called back one more time with no answer, and again and the same guy answered. I said "hey brian" and he said "no, you have the wrong number"
so i said "i just called this SAME EXACT NUMBER only14 hours earlier to talk to who i needed to talk to" he said "well i dont know" and i asked "have you gotten other calls from people looking for brian" he said "no your the only person that has called or texted looking for a brian, and its only been today"..... *red flag 2* i NEVER mentioned anything about text... if he really had barly gotten the number he would have texted me back the first time saying i have the wrong number.

So i explain the information to the guy i was with, and he told me 4 or 5 specific instances of him pulling dumb shit similar to this. From the things i heard he knows what he is doing. and is well acquainted with the business of trying to scam people.

The person i was with was saying he will ask for parts back... HE DID THIS SHIT WITH ME TOO. gave me a story about being able to get a job if he can put a car together from some shop. and i thought about it for a bit. considered it. and decided not "help him out" at the advice of my dad who said "fuck that, i know what hes doing, he already sold your parts he gave you to someone else! dont give him shit heres the money you owe him for it and go get your title." which has lead me to where i am now.

So, just a warning to all you people considering business with him. Just dont do it. period. we shall see where this goes... but i have an idea of where it will end....

So if you have ANY similar instances, please post and explain so i can show THIS ISNT THE ONLY TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, and if you have any information please provide it.

how is it illegal, he's posted the street, w/o adress... and he's posted his name w/o last name, he's posted school w/o giving specific schedule...and his morality is in question...

let the accused contact the accuser via PM...

personally i Wouldnt do business with him either from everything i've heard/witnessed from other members of this site, which i will not name out of respect of there privacy and views...

my personal experience with Brian has not been good either....gave me the run around for roughly 2 weeks on a much needed part, safe to say he didnt come thru at all...and i wouldnt bother tryin again...im just happy i didnt invest any money into it, i am sad i invested my time on someone who at the time was said to be trust worthy...

I wouldn't do business with 95% of people on Zilvia, but Brian is legit.

I Pm'ed him a while back, he told he did tell me "Hey I lost your phone number." So I would assume he did lose his phone or something. In addition, about 3-4 months ago, I cracked my phone's LCD and Brian gave me a free Nokia replacement that he had as a spare. I bought the guy lunch, so he's a stand up kid. I guess now that he lost his phone, he didn't have a replacement.

So, it's just a matter of no communication. Hope you get this settled. Good luck.

The guy is stand up, He gave me free quarter window glass, and various parts when I needed, no charge.

um.. i wasnt trying to ruin anything... if i was i would have tried harder. thank you to anyone who contacted him. to get a hold of me. within 20 mins of me posting he got a hold of me. the story is longer than i posted. but im not the only one who has had problems. im NOT saying EVERYTIME you deal with him you will get screwed. i will adjust his trader rating from negative. because i have heard good and bad. but better it get settled by me posting here and him contacting me, as opposed to me taking drastic measures... i gave him a chance and luckily he acted quickly... ill admit.. im a bit short tempered... but still. i told him when i met him. i HATE people who play games, and try to jerk me around. and thats what he started to do. so better this way than others....
