Cracking of paint due to fender pull
The first time i ever pulled/rolled fenders was on my car. On my passenger side rear fender, I did not use the heat gun as much as I should, therefore I hard slight paint cracks on the lip. My stupid neglect led to this in a few months:
(I threw my stockers on, because I was balancing my other wheels) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What can I do to slow down the inevitable death? The ultimate answer is cut and weld, but I don't have the tools/skill to do such, and I will resort to that if it gets much, much worse. I also have the stupid pressure dent caused by pulling, I inflated a basketball in there to pop it out. It slightly reduced the dent, but it is still there. Has anyone tried to heat the surface then cool it rapidly to contract the metal back out?? Cheers
