i have a white s14 4 lug.

i need to know...

wheel offsets
a good cheap place to buy.
and what do you think i should throw on her?

this is an old pic
she has a white hood now.
and i had a blow out so my already crappy body kit is messed up even more.

There are plenty of threads on this forum that cover all of your questions.

But first thing I would do would be: get rid of that body kit, then five lug..... if you plan on doing anything serious and want to find a decent pair of wheels.
