This is a RARE OE factory fog light switch for the s-13 chasis. EVERY s-13 ever produced has the wiring in place for fog lights, it was just a rarely ordered option. This switch plugs right into the factory USDM s-13 wiring on the far left side of the dash, there is a spot for the relay in the relaybox by the air filter, there is a spot for the fuse in the main fusebox, and the connector for the foglight harness is by the battery. This is perfect for silvia conversions and candian DRL's. You do NOT need to wore up the pigtail in the pic, it'll just give you something to match the connector in your car with.

damn, i thought it was the one that went where the coin holder is,
would of scooped it but my alarms taking that spot,

Nope, I used to have one of those though. I'll take a look and see if it is still around somewhere. If I find it I'll PM you, but I think you have to wire that one up yourself though.

far left side of the dash meaning takes the place of the headlight open/close? and above the cruise control on/ off? this is tempting

No, this goes in the same spot that your cruise control button is in. The headlight door switch stays where it is.
