to be honest im not sure, it came with the car i bought and the owner said it was blown. He said it was the bearings but who knows.
maybe there is nothing wrong with it haha , I just dont care for it since im getting a new turbo anyway.

make me an offer and just add $20 for shipping.

also, it will NOT come with inlet or outlet pipes and no elbow.

I offer you $20 plus shipping since it's a gamble and s14 t28's cannot be rebuilt. You have to buy a new chra to rebuild a ball bearing turbo,which cost more than a new s15 turbo.
