I just happened across this site, and it's pretty cool.
You can search for a specific make and model, and it will bring up screenshots from different movies.

There is one in the newer version of "Gone in 60 Seconds". When the cops confront Mephis outside his moms diner, there is a burgandy S13 sitting in the background.

Also, I think Nissan must have had some financial backing in TimeCop.

There was an S13.5 on Smallville: Velocity. I taped it. Amazingly bad.
The car spins out at 100mph+ and explodes while spinning. wtf.
