Unhappy need help asap plz

ok well as u know know or might not know i am the organizer of the 626 caravan to the "youdrift" event in riverside but now i have a big issue my 240sx started giving me issues yesterday when in drive it felt it started off in a high gear such as second and wont shift pass second =( when in drive if i put it in first then shift to second it works fine but wont go pass second when in "D" drive

it had check engine light on so i pulled the code i had code 14, 41 & 43 which are air intake temp sensor= 14 throttle postion sensor= 43 and 41 which is speed sensor....

so when i had it parked i moved it and saw a puddle of atf fluid on the floor so i lifted it and this where i saw it leaking from

is this normal to be able to see the flywheel? and also to the left there is some bolts missin they didnt have it on when i looked at it so =( idk what happen all i know is that it is leaking and need it gone by sunday so i can go any ideas???? and also if it is low on atf fluid would that cause it to get stuck on one gear and not shift???

Plz plz help and if any one in the 626 wants to come look at it that would be wonderful live by the west covina mall....
