A/C removal w/out venting

pulling out KA. how would i take it out w/out venting it? car is undriveable at the moment. it's a 91.

^^^ heard from many people that works

of course i find this out AFTER i vented my a/c and lost the majority of my a/c oil.

there is very little ac oil to begin with, perhaps you meant freon?

laying it over to the side is defenitly the easiest way, other than that it has to be vented.

it actually fucks australia, they have some serious UV radiation problems because of Ozone degredation due to CFC's and HFC's.

sorry, 8.5 fluid ounces of oil, about 1.5lbs of freon. It's not really bad for you unless you burn it. It is heavier than air and will sink to the floor, and it displaces oxygen. So you can suffocate. If you burn it you get some really nasty gas that I can't remember. That stuff will fuck you up. But it burns green, which is kinda cool.
