SR MAF plug converter to Z32 MAF

I haven't found anything yet after searching.

Does anybody make a plug-and-play converter that allows you to plug a stock SR MAF plug into a Z32 MAF without modifying any wires on the engine harness?

Basically something like this: http://www.mustangpowerparts.com/bigairto20ma.html

You plug it into the MAF plug on the engine harness, you plug the other side to the Z32 MAF, and you're done.
