Ka24de intake question

Will an aftermarket injen intake for a ka24e work on a de?? I know where I can get one cheap so this would help alot if someone knows!

You're going to try and modify a $15 piece? You can buy a no name intake off Ebay for less than any money spent trying to rig what you have, and then sell that one to someone with a SOHC for the price you paid for a correct piece.

Or you can take the 16yr old kid way out and hack it up, gaining you a solid 3hp on your old ass shitty engine. Go for it.

I have the stock de intake I just wanted to know if an aftermarket e intake would work, I will just but the right one only reason I asked is because i can get an injen intake for 60$ oh well it was worth a try

You can buy a knockoff brand for half that. A pipe is a pipe, the Injen was just the first model to replace the OE pipe, but that was a decade ago. You're not gaining more by using a name brand piece of metal tubing.
