Blown Fully Built KA-T

So i pulled this from dip-tech car. This is a fully build ka motor that has been blown. I was told that cylinder number three has bent valves and I'm not sure about the piston. Heres what is in the motor:

Crower rods
Supertech pistons 8:5:1
arp studs/bolts
cometic head gasket
some type of race bearings
supertech valve springs and titanium retainers
jim wolf cam gears
Oil return already welded in pan for turbo

Asking $400

How do you know it has bent valves? Doesnt look to have been taken apart. If it was taken apart and valves were known to be messed up why would it be put back together?

Looks like the dirtiest built motor I have ever seen.

there are other ways of checking for a bent valve than taking the head off/apart.... also, no one ever said a built motor had to be clean...

if it has bent valves on one cylinder there's a good chance all the valves on the other cylinders are bent right?

i'm also interested in the JWT cam gears

You cannot say for sure anything, you can speculate all you want. But until you open it up and see for yourself you really dont know.

Usually when you buy top dollar parts you try and keep things nice. That motor has 200k work of build up on it. Which leads me to believe it was neglected IF it is built.

Take a shot of the cam gears I am interested. Stock cams?

Guys I got this motor from a friend and that was what I was told. When I checked myself I found that the cylinder in question had bent values. For every ones sake just assume all are bent...It's the parts in the motor that make it work the money.

I tried getting him to swap cam gears with me plus cash and he wasn't interested the last time he put this up for sale a few months back on houston240sx.com. He doesn't want to take it apart!
