Do your rpms stay constant when it shakes? Or do they bounce around until you drive it for a bit?

They stay constant mostly around 900 but on occasison it'll dip down the 800 and up to 1000, butnothing major.

The KA is known to have a changing idle. The real rough shaking at startup, possibly, new motor mounts would not be a bad investment. That would definitely eliminate some of the shaking. However, if there is more happening that what you have mentioned, then changing the motor mounts will only mask the problem.
