s13 Plug questoin, and s13 intake manifold question (Sohc to dohc swap s13)

I'm doing a sohc to dohc swap with a 97 dohc and with the 93 s13 intake manifold.

my question is the beginning of the egr was blocked off with a plate,
i don't know where or what else is egr on this intake mani, was wondering if anyone else knew.

also, there are 4 really small hard to soft vacuum lines on the s13 intake manifold that goes to a bracket with two plugs on the backside of the s13 Head.

Plate form back of head with small vacuum lines.

4 small hardline running from the the plate on the back of the head to the front of the intake manifold

On my S14, 3 of those 4 small intake lines are blocked off at the throttle body.. do i need to run those or block them off, i do not know where they go.

My biggest problem is figuring out where these tiny hardlines go and if i need to block them off like my s14. i saw that one hardline went to the butterfly valve thing. im sure i need to keep that one. but what about he rest

Also
on the lower harness or transmission harness on the dohc s13, i have a plug that i do not know where it goes.

its that plug, one wire brown and the other black. the motors currently outside the car, and ive mapped out where the rest goes, but that one has me stumped.

everything's going into a sohc car, and im worried i wont find out where it goes.

Thanks to anyone that can help me with this problem
and i hope im making sense lol
Motors going in in a day.
