I believe its the sports turbo kits that come with a mani... double check HKS's website though... or places like enjuku have developed their own kits that should get the power your looking for.

and my power FC should be for e a 1996 S13 blacktop SR thanks

Not to flame you or anything but your list of parts sounds more like a wish list rather than an actual parts list. Like what has been mentioned, some of the parts you've mentioned aren't necessary. The Tomei fuel pump isn't, if you get the Walbro from Summit, that will be the best bot for your money. The flex-a-lites you mention, are they more than 2400rpm? If not, they won't run or cool things as good as what you could have. Check for their fans that run at 5200rpm. You also mention Nismo slave cylinder and steel-braid clutch line? The stock slave is adequate. As far as the braided line, an Earl's line will work just as good and won't cost you as much. Getting back to your hp range, you won't hit that high, 375 - 400, with the stock SR turbine. You'll need something a lot more beefy, something along the lines of a T04S/ R with a waste-gate. The Power FC will help get you around the rom tunes and help you tweak things a little but you won't see the power you want. You'll need the larger turbine setup. Once you do have that much power, you should also be a lot quicker on the track than 12's. You should be in the neighborhood of 9's or so. This is all from what I've helped make, seen done and have done myself.

My bust, I was trying to work and make a post at the same time... A turbo to go with would be something similar to, or a Greddy T04S/ or a T04R. From there I would also go with an intake, AR60, and an ehaust like AR50. That should work pretty good.

The only modification for the Walbro is to trim the rubber boot for the fuel pump. Then hooking up the wires for the pump as well, that's it. I also use a zip-tip to hold it in place. Aside from this, it does just drop in.
