Spoiler

I have developed the classic rust spot on the bact hatch underneath the factory spoiler on a 1992 240sx se.
And i want to get rid of the old spoiler and get a new one but not too crazy just sort of simple. i dont want something thats 3 feet off the hatch. Any ideas out there????

Thanks

Some naval jelly will help remove. Sanding down and cutting out the rust (if necessary) would help. Then prime the affected area until you are ready for a paint job. That the short way. Be sure to remove all of the rust befor you prime or the rust will bubble through.

Ah yes, the oh-so-common rear spoiler rust problem.

Here are 3 popular wings that we carry for the s13 Hatchback:

S13 Hatchback Wangan Wing

180SX Type X rear wing

RB Style Rear Wing

The Wangan wing is probably your best bet if you're trying to hide the rust because it will cover as much of the area as possible.
