I found a 2 door 510, the front left fender is dented pretty bad. All stock, all original, pretty much all there. The guy said he had it running, but he also was pretty high on something when i talked to him. haha crackhead. needs both passenger side glass windows and has rust in the quarter panels. It has been sitting for awhile, was black tagged in 05 but i was just wanting to know how much I should pay for it or what its worth. Thanks!

depending if there's rust at all id say no more than $500

$300? Registration's going to be high. If you call the DMV as a perspective buyer with the vin # they'll tell you the amount of fees owed. Worked for me last time at least.

BTW he has a sweet collection of riding lawnmowers haha

Haha yea when we pulled up he was in the garage tweaking taking one apart. lol He wants $300 for it. Theres some surface rust and some in the quarter panels but the shock towers and floor were pretty solid

Haha yeah it comes with them and the sweet mudflaps!!! The wheels will be for sale if i get it however. lol

$300 for a 510 is dirt. They are 30 years old, of course it will be a lot of work. Where do these people come from?

like as in dirt cheap? These ppl are from spiro oklahoma, a small town population probably under 2k. Its going to take a helluva lot of work, but it'll be a project and im keeping my coupe to daily drive while i do it. Think glass companies would have replacement windows for it? Don't get me wrong i love my 240. Its my 8th one, but i want something different than everyone else in town and at meets. You don't see too many 510s running around.

yup, but then again all cars are money pits. I take it for 300 just do the restoration wisely no high end goodies that you don't really need.

Yea i was thinking mostly suspension and body work first, then try to get the stock L16 running while piecing together a ka swap for it. It will take me awhile, but i've always liked these and theyre getting harder and harder to find and more expensive.

The dash is all there but cracked from heat. Would a normal glass repair shop have the two windows i need for it or would i have to order them? He's probably on meth, its the most used drug around here.
