Fuel cut when i accelerate hard? HELP FIX!?!?

i have an sr20det blacktop in my zenki, i played with the boost and had it up for a while and then turned it down when i left for college, im back in town and its been fuel cutting when i accelerate hard at around 4500 rpm...and im only running 4 psi right now, does anyone know what the issue might be??

external wastegate or adjustable? if not check for boostleaks, ecu for codes just basic maintenance. because it can be a number of things including dirty\clogged fuel filter, failing fuel pump, timing, injectors, etc. you get me. treat the car likes it's been sitting for a year and just check all of the inexpensive things from plugs to whatever cost less then 20$ report back and let us know if there's a difference. I would check for codes, timing, tps, mafs and cts voltages and fuel pressure also oil pressure just because.

it ended up being a leak in my intercooler hot pipe...fml. got it fixed but had to weld the hole shut
