Paid for a momo steering wheel from him over a week ago and still have not received any tracking and no steering wheel. I see him signing on everyday and send him PMs everyday as well, and he seems to just ignore it. I opened a paypal dispute with him - fuck... my luck on zilvia lately has been shit..

sLiDewAys - please send the steering wheel please..

Update: i got the steering wheel but still no hub kit. He claims that he cant send it until he gets his NRG slim hub - why sell something if you can not provide it? He is now ignoring all my pms, visitor messages, paypal dispute messages, and texts..

Just ask for a refund for the hub and buy a boss hub on ebay for $20.

i asked exactly that - send hub or partial refund of $20 so i can buy a hub kit on ebay.. but he seems to just ignore all my messages..

It's been more than 3 weeks now.. I'm not a fool and i do NOT..i repeat do NOT give any seller on here a benefit of a doubt (they want to do business, they must do business) - I actually learn from other people who were scammed on here - a week is more than enough time to send out a product - I sell a lot of stuff here and all my shit is sent out the same day or next day from when I receive payment - those people who has done business with me can vouch, so do not run your mouth about giving someone more than a week.. because it is not happening. Do not sell something if you do not intend to actually sell it and provide it within a reasonable timeframe.

Probably shouldn't do business with you (5pecialist) neither because you think it is reasonable that a buyer should wait more than 3 weeks after they sent payment to get their items.

I had the same thing happen with him when I bought a 180sx front bumper. I got to the point where he started ignoring me. Then he proceeded to tell me it was shipped and gave me a FAKE ups tracking number. (I used to work for UPS). I called the UPS store that he went to and they told me he came in with the bumper to get a quote, but didn't ship it. Finally I got Paypal involved. So finally he shipped the bumper about a week and a half after I paid for it.

Yep, I got his number already and he just ignores it - i send him a text everyday..a pm everyday and a visitor message almost everyday - he just likes to ignore me - thanks PHLIP for banning him from marketplace. He is being stupid over $20..

BTW how does he have a zilvia email address or is it fake?

^^ Like I said before, many people on Zilvia are irresponsible. I don't think they are scammers, but just have that "I don't give a darn" type of attitude and they think that it's the internet and it's not a priority. They forget that "what goes around comes around" and if they had a bad transaction before in their life, they be more understanding.

Lou, I totally understand what you mean - it seems lately more and more irresponsible sellers are piling up on zilvia.. and you know what, some seem to think they are victims in spite of the fact that they were fully communicating, then once money is sent all communication is out the window, and when the buyer complains, they try and make the buyer seem like an asshole for covering his own ass..

What ever happened to bb4_96? He wrote slideways stole $230 from him; was that ever resolved?

Well I still left him negative trader rating because it surely was a negative experience and I want anyone who even considers buying from him to know. Just hope he doesnt leave me with negative trader rating to spite me, because I have done everything a good buyer can do - sent money asap, communicated (although he was the one who lacked communication), and even gave him more than a week before taking action against him.
