Need help getting my S14 with SR20 to start in San Diego - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Hey everyone,

I have been working on my car for months now and I pretty much got it ready to drive but the car will not start. It has a new battery and the car will not crank over it just does nothing. The fuel line works so fuel is going to the injectors. I have searched and didn’t find posts of the same problem. I don’t know if it’s the starter or something else. The car started before the work I did on the car. I wanted to ask if someone can lend me a hand to get this car started. I only ask since I am new to this car and I don’t know everything to look for on a SR20. If you can lend me a hand please PM me. Thanks -JC

what work did you do on it before it stopped working?

Hey guys thanks for offering your help. Today I got it to start it was the starter plug it was pulled out when my buddy and I did a oil change and the oil filter was a punk to get off. After posting this thread I continued to search for a fix for this problem and I found a list of parts to check. Im glad it was the plug and not the starter. Thanks again.
