I got one Non ABS 5 lug hub and one ABS 5 lug hub, both for the front. Can i use the ABS one on my Non ABS car? (Im pretty sure mine has no ABS , it's a Base model)

yes you can. I believe you can leave the abs ring on but it can be pulled off with a puller if you like.
