nissan relays

Hello,
im new here
I recently bought an s13, which I am in the process of restoring and believe it or not, I have come across a small issue which I have not been able to resolve. I cannot figure out how to pull the relays out of the fuse panel. I am referring specifically to the set of relays forward of the front wheel well on the drivers side. I need to remove these relays to allow the fuse panel to be able to pass through the hole that the wiring harness goes through.

Thanks for the time and help
Scott

Nissan sure didn't make em easy. There is a tab from the side, you need small flat head or pick to push tab towards the inside and pull relay out.

And if you want to remove the plug for the relay, there will be a tab for that also. But this one you pull out
