Can anyone provide any tips pros/cons for cutting the trunk out of a 92 240?

I'm hoping once I get in there with a cutoff wheel it will all make sense.

why do you want to cut it out?

Pros - you are putting a fuel cell in

Cons - You have no trunk floor...

I cut mine out but it was just to put in a new one since mine was rusted out..

Why are you creating more work for yourself? Plus if you go fuelcell youll need to have a bulkhead built to compete in some events.

You can see how we did it. Cut out the spare tire well and welded in a flat piece of steel. Also welded in a firewall to block it off from the drivers compartment.
