S13 Kyb Agx????

Just installed my agx's with sprint spring for my S13 about a week ago. I love them, but I notice that the rears make a lot of compression noise when they hit a bump and compress. Is this common??? I have them set at F:1 R:2 for normal driving and on the weekend at F:3 R:6, 4:8 setting is bumpy for me. Any one else that has agx's please let me know. thanks

compression noise as in what, like a crash noise or like a air shee noise. I love the noise the agx's make when they compress.

All shocks, regardless of if they are for cars, or holding up a door, make some sort of noise.

If you have a hatch open it, it'll make a noise as it opens. Some of course are louder than others, but that is most likely the sound.

It's a compression noise, the air sound, shocks make when you go over a bump. It's just a little louder air noise in the back than I'm use to.

Yes the air noise if very normal, they are gas shocks and you can hear them pretty well inside the car especially the back ones, i really don't hear my fronts.

4 up front and 8 in back is the only way I drive my car I know what noise you're talking about, I wondered the same thing when I first got them. But with my setting, I don't hear the spring compressing at all, just a few rattles

I have stiff linear springs so it's necessary to run 4f 8r. Still not a punishing ride though. Just handles like it's on rails (I love HICAS)

i have a coupe, and I don't hear any noise, but I haven't lowered my car, just put the agx's on and projectsilvia tension rods. i think maybe the spring is what you here? i put a little grease on the ends so it can settle into its spot w/o being noisy. jm.02
