Just orderd my B&M SS... So what shift knob to get?

I would like to know what you guys like... Or should I stick with the stock... I kinda like the feel of the stock one.

btw I got those fans installd... once I get my dyno i'll post, with my old intake, then with fans off, and fans on.. see what it does... The A/F is awsome tho...

IIRC the B&M shifter comes with its own knob that's not interchangeable with stock.

the B&M comes with an aluminum knob. it is completely interchangeable. it is the same thread as stock Nissan (12mm IIRC)

I would say try the B&M shift knob or your stock one before you buy anything else. I have a MOMO, but that's just because I've had it for a while. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I didn't like the knob that came with the B&M shifter, I used the stock one over it in fact. I'm more than happy with the quality of the shifter I just can't believe what a crappy piece of metal they sell with it and call it a shift knob.

I used the stock knob in its stead till I shopped around and found what I liked... a nismo gt pro model rubber. The knob wasn't too expensive and the knob itself stays cool in the sun though the nut on the top of it can be one hot mofo

I totaly forgot to ask about shift boots... I need to replace my boot, it has rips and stuff. Nothing flashy. Black is best. No funky stiching.

yeah, the B&M knob that came with the SS didn't tickle my fancy at first, but then it grew on me and I think it has a pretty nice feel. the flat top's nice to rest my hand on while im driving around.

Here's the site for the previously mentioned shift boot place. http://www.redlinegoods.com/ I have one of their boots and it's an excellent piece.

If you don't mind a metal knob (cold in winter, hot in summer) I recommend the Voodoo knob. They're marketed for Miatas but after reading the reviews from a few Miata owners, I grabbed one and am very happy with it. They are located at http://www.teamvoodoo.com/

You can see the boot/knob combo on my car in this picture.
