a psuedo convertible it just looks plain ugly to me

The only problem I see is the redundancy of the add-on messages with the "I took out the pioneer CD player and installed the factory one."
Other than that, whats the problem?

Not to be a PITA, i think it's basically a landau top, or something similar, it's the full hardtop, but has been wrapped in the same sort of fabric that a drop top would wear.  There is usually a small piece of piping on the back of the top to simulate support ridges...

gains nothing but weight and the inability to use an automated car wash (i know they're evil, but i am a lazy bastard)

Its actually has a soft top put on it.  Its a normal Coupe 240 that he had the top done like a Cadillac..  GAWD THAT IS HIDEOUS..

I actually think painting the square of roof on my 240 black will look good someday since all the windows are tinted black and I plan on painting the rest of it a custom grey silver mix.  But putting a lowrider style rag on your 240 is as close to sacriligous (sorry if I spelled that wrong) as you can get.  Just downright disgusting.
