Its not "for" an s-chassis, it's just a single din cupholder, I have one, but I think they come from a maxima.

Yes, I have mine under the radio, but I would suggest putting the radio in the bottom spot and the cupholders above because when the radio is on top, drinks always lean against the buttons and change shit while I'm driving.

I do not work at usps so I have no idea why you have not got it
as for adding tracking people ask me that they would like me to add it
I have shipped stuff and nothing has gone missing only they broke some mirrors
but I'm trying to find out why they got cracked
as for the dumb shits who are saying there not from a 240
well guess what dumb shits if fits and works and I got it off a 240
