tools needed for diff fluid change

Hey guys, I know I recently asked about how much fluid the LSD takes on a 1996 240sx, and today is the day its gunna get changed! w00t, anyways, I'm not going to be doing it at home so I wanted to ask if anyone happens to know what tools/size sockets I should expect to need to change the fluid.....thanks! hope someone replies soon

Make sure to put some gasket sealent on the drian plug when you screw it back in ... also use the STRONG HAND

you'll probably want something to pump the fluid into the diff as well.

You can get a fluid transfer pump with hoses from sears, or just about any parts store.

Also, you may need abotua 12" extension for the 1/2" drive ratchet depending on your exhasut. I know with my HKS Hyper unit (65MM) I cant directly access the diff unless I use the extension.

Wouldn't teflon tape melt?

Be sure to have the threads, inside and out, very clean when you apply your high temp liquid thread sealant stuff or it may not adhere properly.

teflon tape works fine on brake bleeder screws, which get MUCH hotter than your diff.
