Wow the 240 market has gone to shit I'm so glad I'm getting out , this is a steal and no one wants it. I'm sure if it was 1600 everyone would hit me up lol

The problem is you are selling it at the wrong time man.

For example, if you waited, and sold this after January 03, when financial aid comes in, I would take this in a HEARTBEAT.

problem is, it's about to be christmas, and everyone is finishing up school/broke.
