RB20 "click" but no start

Quick background:
95 240sx
RB20det
Wiring conversion done by Yuri at Wiring Specialties
Using Their pre-made lower harness. Both pieces excellent work

Anyway, I have everything hooked up. I've gone over the whole harness several times. Everything is grounded. Put the key in, lights come on, fuel pump comes on, when I go to start it, I get a loud "Click" from the starter, then nothing. It doesn't continue to make the noise. Just one and done. Could my starter just be bad? I'm really at a loss here. Any help is much appreciated.

Edit: The 75 amp fuse in the fuse box was blown, replaced it today, still does the same thing.

UPDATE:
Turns out I was grounding the starter from the solenoid post so it wasn't maintaining voltage. Now it cranks no problem, but doesn't ever start. It's getting fuel. But no spark. I checked the voltage in and out of the ignitor and everything is good there. Could by coil packs be shot? How can I test them? Thanks for the help.

check the starter wire. the one that connects to the starter itself.

wiggle it and have someone try and start it, it might just have a shitty connection.

might be insufficient grounds from the Engine to the chassis

it could be coilpacks, but its very unlikely that they would all blow at once.

check your cam angle sensor (CAS)
and check your relays i think its the eccs relay and the ignitor relay.

i had the same problem with my car, it was one of the relays.
it was a simple fix swap out the relay and bam it fired right up.

Are those the two green ones by the ecu? I did the ecu diagnostic and it was throwing any codes, so I assume that rules out the CAS.

yeah the two by the ecu.

theres an easy way to check your CAS...
You should be able to spin the CAS by hand and hear the injectors click and see the coilpacks fire. if that happens...your good.

I had a similar issue, had a relay failure...

Dunno on your harness but mine has 2 brown relays near the ECU... check them out.
