unknown power steering leak...

So i have been losing ATF fluid for some time now, and idk where to look.

When i bought the car it has the soggy high pressure line so i replaced that, but it still leaks. It doesn't leak from that line, the reservoir, or the pump. I can't tell if it leaks from the rack, but all the hard lines back there are in good condition and everything is tight like a tiger.

I'm starting to suspect it's coming from the seals at the ends, by the boots, but idk.

If so, is there a rebuild kit available or should i save up and buy a rebuilt one from frsport (im soooo down to rebuild one so idc)

Or is there other places i should look? Search just told me that it usually is from the soggy line or the hard lines, nothing seems to be wrong there or at the pump so idk!

how's the area under the power steering stuff look?
is it grimmy?
could be the rubber hoses under
that's what mine did
replaced all those hoses and cleaned up the area
and everything's been nice and clean since

you could pop the boot off the tie rods to have a look
at the rack seals

friend of mine went though this recently
leaking from the rack
replaced with a rebuilt one and started leaking again recently

Is the area above your steering rack clean?
You should follow the shiny oil from the bottom up to see where it stops and look around that area.

The boot's were off for a while, like on the rods but slipped off, so i put em back. I cleaned it up kinda with a rag but its super grimey down there. Like grease and muck and pebbles, and some dead racoon, so i don't really wanna go touching it lol. The rack seals, if busted, can't be fixed right?

Yeah, i know there is some leak cause it looks like it, but i also might have a minor oil leak somewhere and i can never tell which is which. I know oil is golden, ATF is red, but usually with the dirt mixed in and all that it just turns black. It's pretty dirty and hard to follow also, since everything is moist and gross
