I replaced my rb25 timing belt and on doing so noticed three lines that appear to align to the crank and cam timing marks. Two of the lines are solid and one is a dotted line, my question is do these lines have to line up with the timing marks on the engine?

Reason for asking this is because there is no information regarding these lines in the FSM
