Hi, thanks for coming to the forum. Some questions:

How exactly does RS-R ExMag GTII flangeless design work? What are the benefits over normal exhaust design? Do you have detailed pictures close-up of the install?

Do you have any sound cliips of RS-R ExMag GTII on 240sx? Powered by SR or KA doesn't matter...

products-
Does RS-R plan to make ExMag GTIII (titanium) or GT-C exhausts for S14? When?

Will there be I*Stabi anti-sway bars for S14 and when?

Is there going to be I*shock coil over for S14?

Lastly,
Can I have a free RS-R T-Shirt? How bout license plate frames?

thank you for answering questions

Just a bit of advertising advice....

If RS-R were to put SR and KA exhaust (revving and idle) sound clips on their website people on this board would eat that right up....and I'm sure it would increase your sales a bit. Good, clean, sound clips of SR exhaust systems are very hard to come by.

i agree wholeheartly any more choice in sway bar kits for the s13/s14 market would be a plus in the US. right now we are stuck w/ poor fiting Suspension techniques units, kinda hard to order (but nice) whiteline units, and real nice cusco units which take 6 months to come.

Coilover market would also be a place RSR could shine.

The japanese model stainless piping and muffler RSR exhaust i've seen are real nice, i really hope RSR would bring them. Then i'd trash my HKS Hiper 25th aniv exhaust for sumthing a bit quieter.

Welcome RS-R!
Wow, I think this is the first time I've seen a manufacturer representative post on a fan site! Way to go guys! If this were more commonplace, there would be a lot stronger 3rd party market with more sales, and happier customers!

Option Zero -

the flangeless design had 4 main functions:
1. Eliminates flanges for improved weight to power ratio.
2. Improved exhaust gas flow. Ever look at a flange, there is some possibily for exhaust gas trap.
3. Improved piping clearance.
4. It just looks damn cool.

Currently, we will be only be offering the Exmag and GT2 design here in the US. The IStabi is currently in development for the US market. Its in Japan, but we need to be sure it fits the US model. The IShock is also in development for the USDM.

send me an e-mail with your info. ill try and get you some promo stuff. [email protected]

thanks!

Thanks dude! Email sent!

When can we expect to see Istabi and Ishock in U.S? end of 2003 or beginning 2004?

Also, if you were to do a group buy directly here on Zilvia.net when you launch these items, I am sure many people would be interested!

oh yeah, yes the GTII looks SICK!!!

Are there plans to build them both for the S13?

btw - JDM swaybars work exactly the same on USDM cars. Whiteline sells the exact same bar, and endlinks to guys with JDM 180sx's as they do to 240sx's.

yes but most companies like to do test fits none the less. for example one of my friends, mackin industries used his S14 to test fit a stainless SR exhaust manifold and catback exhausts for their Espilar brand. It probs would fit but most companies like to leave nothing to chance.

istabi i would love to test fit them btw, since they might not clear my 85mm exhaust piping.

another great item to bring would be RS-R stainless downpipes for a Sr20det application. since HKS stainless downpipes are very expensive and blitz stainless downpipes often sold out (mostly cuz blitz gets a container every other month)

hey i have an RS*R Ex Mag exhaust and i LOVE it! So do my friends. This one friend i have, he drives an Integra GSR and he's went through 4 different exhaust systems in teh past year and the main thing he didn't like about most of them was either they sounded way to ricy or they didn't do much on performance. He was quite jelous of my car because the RS*R is real quiet even though its deeper than the stock and has some decent gains. I have had many other people comment about my RS*R as well.

do you guys have any stickers or T-shirts that can be purchased somewhere?

I have been looking for a quiet exhaust system for my SR20DET powered S13.

Can you tell me what size piping the exmag uses and if you would recommend it for a turbo car?

Do you have any dyno charts of your exhaust on otherwise unaltered cars?
