I got a ticket for taking a piss..

So I got a ticket last night in Fullerton for taking a piss in a dark alley near some trash cans. It was late, nothing was open and I needed to go really bad. The motorcycle cop rolls up to me right after I'm done and asks me for ID

I heard you get two of these and you're a registered sex offender..I'm pretty pissed because I feel like I had no alternative except peeing my pants trying to find a denny's or something. I don't what I should do, try and fight it or not..I read somewhere that I could fight it if I demand a verified complaint which apparently the police cannot produce then file a title 42? I read it in this thread:

The ticket is white in color as opposed to being the yellow color, the only other white ticket I've gotten is a warning but this has a court date and everything

Hahahahah! Where at in Fullerton? I live in Fullerton, really close to downtown. Fullerton PD is usually pretty laid back, but the next door neighbor (Brea) is pretty bad...

I believe trial by declaration applies to everything, I'm sure you can use the google and figure it out pretty easily. It works because the cops are usually too lazy to write up a report.

I did a trial by written declaration for my speeding ticket, took 4 months for the whole process but I did win my court hearing (reading)... And now my 240 dollars that I woulda paid is being used to pay for the jd event Sunday, and a new clutch after I trash mine at the event. Ironic how I got a 240 dollar ticket in my 240SX huh? lol

OK EVERYONE READY !!!!! One more time I have posted this info . many times TAKE NOTES . LOOK AT THE BOTTON OF THE TICKET YOU WILL SEE A LOT OF NUMBERS ,MOST ARE DMV CODES "BUT' One is very inportant! it is c.p.c.853.9(california penal code) EVERY ONE NEEDS TO LOOK AT THAT CODE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN CA. It starts out that the notice to appear issued at curb side will be in lieu of a verified complaint shall constitute a complaint that the defendant may plead guilty or nolo contendere(what they are saying is that the court needs a verified complaint to move on )

Next they say that if you wave the filing of the verified complaint then they can move on the notice to appear ( See they say that it is a notice to appear, not a verified complaint)

Now last they say that if the notice to appear is not verified then at your arraignment you can request a verified complaint be filed ( That means that all you need to do is Demand a verified complaint at your arraingment )
You have to understand that they can not give you a verified complaint, That complaint has to come from an injured person, tell me how did you injure the officer ( did you **** on him ? , I'am serious ) if they don't give you the complaint as I have done for many people you file a Title 42, 1983 action for violating your Constitutional Rights to Due Process ( I have never had to do it ,just the threat makes the court dismiss the action ) especially when you demand it from the Officer in writing , he just doesn't come to court and it goes away No fine ,No points ,Don't believe me then Direct message me I will fax copys of actions that have had the same results . ALSO take note: SAN-BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE SUPERIOR COURTS ARE WELL AWERE OF THIS DEMAND. " LOVE IT "

wow good luck bro, my friend got the same ticket, cops are dicks around there, ticket was like 600 bucks, no joke. I almost went through the same thing in HB, but they tried to be pricks and say that you can become a registered sex offender for doing that.
