I have a 95 240sx se that is giving me the codes 13 and 41 this is when my ignition is on (engine off) and when i turn the knob back and forth on the ecu.

I found malfunction codes on 240sx.org and code 13 reads coolant temp sensor or is it my engine temperature sensor circuit (my car is from cali)? and code 41 reads Intake Air Temp Sensor. What could I do fix this problem?

This happened the morning after I fixed my bad window motor and put in a new stereo deck and subs. When I start my car cold it bogs and sometimes shuts off.

replace the sensors.....

You might have done something to blow a fuse. Check those first.
