Need a Mentor

Ok, im a senior in highschool and i gotta do the stupid senior project. I need a mentor, so this is the thing. I wanna do my senior project on how to drift cus it's new to the US and i wanna learn all i can from it. Im in southern cali, i need someone to teach me. So is there any experienced drifters in here that would be willing to help me and teach me what i need to know? Id greatly appreciate it, i need to pass my senior project otherwise i wont pass! Nope, I really got into drifting 3 years ago. Came up on intial D and that really got my attention.

haha...i think you need to know how to polish lips and change oil too...hmmm..i could some some food too...how are you at fast food runs?...teaches you how to drive fast and in control (don't spill my $hit)...kinda like Takumi with the Glass of Water..

Go out and get a copy of the Drift Bible. You can write pages about drifting by watching that thing. It'll give you about 5-6 different techniques used in drifting plus show how different cars (i.e. s13, mr2 ae86 etc) are handled in drifts. Granted nothing's as good as experience, but if you can't find a mentor, this video might be the closest thing.

Where can i get a drift bible? A mentor is required which sucks. But maybe il find someone along the way. Ya i was thinking about moving to japan for awhile and chillin with the drifters over there. haha

The Drift Bible's a DVD hosted by the Drift King himself, probably the best mentor you could have. I know you can order the thing online, dunno if you'd wanna put down the dough, dunno myself any sites that sell, my friend picked up a copy at the D1 show, i'm sure somebody here knows where to get one.

Im not that new to this site. Ive been in it alot just havent been in the forums. The gallery is tight, all kinds of S13's and what not. Id put out money for a drift bible. Sheit $30 aint bad for what il learn from it. Youl see me around in the D1 and stuff. I got some madd style drivin abilities. Ive done some neat ****. I can do a clean 360. Always loved to drive and i take it to the max.

Forget about the mentor. I dont have to do the senior project anymore. I changed schools just so i wouldnt have to do it. hehe But i am interested with gettin some peeps to help get my car drift ready and teach me the routes. Any one down?
