My first stock to finish build
Ok so this is going to be my new project ive owned about 5 240s and they were all pretty much done just missing a few things so now i just sold my coupe and decided that i wanna build a hatch from stock to what i consider finish. This thread will probably be updated 2-3 times a month with new parts that i get and install, im going to be doing almost everything on the car myself with the help of my friends. I just picked this car up about 2 weeks ago (from NGKpower) and this is what is already done to it:
*Gasket set, dismantled, had a friend hot tanked the head. Purchased another head and slapped it on, replaced all gaskets and timing chain kit. *Brand New Exedy OEM clutch kit *BM short shifter *5 speed swap using all Nissan parts: 5 speed driveshaft, CMC with hardline and slave. 5 speed pedal, and 5 speed brake pedal. *Wire tuck with battery fuse box mod *Eibach sport line springs *Koyo Radiator with 2 12" electric fans and a Thermostatic relay switch. *Chinapexi N1 Dual exhaust catback *JDM 180sx IKI H4 housing with H4 HID Kit *ACC/ON/Start buttons *S14 SE Seats * Custom tail light panel * Z32 26mm Calipers * Z32 cross drilled rotors * New Stainless Steel front brake lines * Removed the oem dynamat with Dry ice * New oem rear Spoiler * Lazy eye mod using the rear defogger switch * Painted the engine * New Autozone upper and lower radiator hoses * New drive belts, Alt. P.S. * Nissan Coolant * Newer Clean Dash * Boss Hub * NRG quick release * Nardi 330mm Steering wheel * New spark plugs * New ignition wire * New drop in air filter * Removed the high pressure power steering hardline bracket. * Custom Urethane Tranny mount * OEM engine mounts here are some pictures of it: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My plans for this car are going to be for track/weekend use but also a really clean look,i plan on doing my suspension first and for under the hood i plan on doing a KA-T for around 270-300hp. As of right now i am looking to buy a few things for my car already if anyone has hatch carpet im not really pickey about the condition and not really looking to spend alot of money, cf hood, and a cf trunk, also wouldnt mind getting a supermade body kit if anyone has one for sale in good condition but thats all i can think of for know. All comment/sugestion/feedback are welcome and for all the people that are gunna leave negative feedback keep it to yourself cause this is my car and im gunna do what i want with it, if you would like something done to it you can give me money to do it and ill consider doing it. thanks. |

This. Builds never finish. They just stall out for a while until you pimp yourself out to enough fat chicks to buy the next part.

looks solid but yea like said before, half that build is maintenance...unimportant. and why do you have two batteries? the one in the bay isn't even hooked up. otherwise clean though GL
