Fumes

How's it going ppl i just bought a S13 with a SR swap! i've had the car for about a week now but i got one issue I smell fumes inside my car when i'm driving or when i'm stoped/parked! does anyone know how to fix the problem or what it might be? Thanks

That's normal, it's a factory option.




Just kidding, most likely your rear fuel lines are leaking, check if you have a puddle or even a small leak, replace those rubber hoses, should cost no more than ten u.s. dollars.

i just had the same thing happen...its your fuel pump O ring,open it up and see if there is one there..i still have the smell only because its stuck in the fabric

yup, its probably just the oring on the cover to the pump.. pull the carpet away on the rear pass. side near the fender well and remove the 4 bolts holding the cover on

Do you have a catalytic Converter?? IF not,, then that is your PRoblem.. I had this issue before... I removed my cat, and Smelled Fumes all the time... Then Put it back on. and fumes were Gone... Check for exhaust leaks also
