I recently swapped an SR20DET into my s13, and from what I've read I will need to change pretty much everything in my a/c system in order to get the sr compressor to work. So, I'm looking for a bracket to use my KA24DE compressor on the SR motor. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help! I live in FL, and it's hot as hell here. Lol.

I think you need to do some more research. A KA ac bracket isn't gonna fix your problem.

I'm with him. If I remember correctly the ka bracket will not bolt up to a sr motor. But then its been a while so I can be wrong

I thought he was looking for a stock ka compressor bracket, an adapter bracket would work if you can find one, I remember some guy used to sell those on 240sx.org but I think he stopped selling them well over a year ago.

I just had that problem... check out cody ace.. google him, especially the gallery page, it has pictures of what you need... if you have the sr bracket and the ka compressor, it's a $30 kit and works great... he has kits for whatever you need to make it work...

thx for the quick reply man, i think i visited that page once but didnt find a shopping page...just pictures, anyways ill take a second look at it, about the sr bracket, does it come with the motor or do I need to buy that as well, the compressor i already got it.

Hey everyone:

I had my last (woot) military training weekend of my career (8 yeras flew by) so sorry for late reply!

I make adapter brackets that allow ANY KA compressor to bolt up to ANY SR bracket, and then work on any SR engine (and utilize stock lines).
