NO FUEL! Please help!

Soo back in April, I got into an accident. My car was totaled. The plan was to buy another shell and swap everything over. Doesn't seem hard, right? I ended up buying another S13 for pretty cheap. It was running and everything. I took out the KA and started installing the SR from my wrecked car. Everything was going good until start up. I wasn't getting any fuel. I thought my fuel lines might have gotten mixed up, but they were correct. I checked the EGI Pump relay and fuel pump fuse. Both good. I even swapped them out my now parts car just to be sure. Still no fuel. Ok maybe somehow the fuel pump when bad sometime after I got the car. Installed the walbro from the parts car and still nothing. After some looking around I found a loose wire from the ecu connector. It was red/white #105 which is the Fuel Pressure control module. Ok maybe that was it. I repinned everything and hoped for the best. Still no fuel. I kept searching hoping I missed something. Found a plug right under the fusebox that wasn't connected. Connected it and tried starting up the car again. NOTHING. Could the ECU have gone bad?

I'm retarted when it comes to electrical work/diagnostics. Can someone lead me to the right direction? Its killing me! I tested the fuse with a multimeter and I got 12v. Don't know if that means anything??? lol

Thanks in advance.

Seems like your on the right track. Since you just did a motor swap I would begin checking to make sure everything is connected. Check the power wire from the fuse to the fuel pump for continuity. It should be supplying 12 volts to the fuel pump with key on. Also check the ground wire. Check your relays to see if they are operating also.
