flooding out after new turbo install

so this winter my turbo on my car started burning oil.. so i changed it out for a turbonetics 60trim and replaced a broken lower timing guide.. after the car was put back together, it would flood itself out trying to start it... when i did get it to run it would just peg the wideband full rich and die. I have been fighting this problem for about 5 months now and need some help.. last weekend i pulled the fuel rail with the injectors still in the rail and checked the orings, no leaks.. so i turn the key like im trying to start the car and all 4 injectors and shooting fuel like water guns, and all at the same time.. what can be the issue??

..mods are..
ka24de
9.0:1 wiesco pistons
eagle rods
stock head
turbonetics 60trim
740cc injectors
z32 maf..... just replaced
tuned on nistune
with all suporting mods
