Hey now i  was wondering. between the 91 and the 95 240's  is there any diffrence in the engine? couldn't you use parts from the 95 on the 91. For example headers and what not? from what i reacall the motors are the same.

the motors are the same BUT some of the emissions equip was changed the newer ones have a dummy cat or something more along with the cat that the 91's dont have IIRC

So i could, if i wasn;t worried about emissions, use a header from a 95 on a 91? the reason i am asking is because i think there are parts for the 95 we can't get for the 91. and besides it would be good just to know if it can be done.

I'd say there's a reason that aftermaket headers aren't universal for s14 & s13 (IIRC, Hotshot makes an s13, but no s14).  In other words, it won't fit.

This should have been in tech...

There is definitely a difference in the motor. The cams are different, the crankshaft is different... S14 KAs redline before S13 KAs.
