no its not, shocks are blown, crack in windshield, rip in seat ( dont matter got s14 seats)

other than that,,, im happy ....oh except for the paint in some spots...

Where in SJ are you? I'm in Cupertino, and if you ever need help with your 240 I'm always up. I basically tore mine apart, swapped in engines twice, rebuilt one engine, and did the s15 front end all by myself, so I know a bit about these machines.

Look like you scored a nice one. Most of the S13 I've seen around the bay area are torn to shred, if you guys ever needs help with your 240s I would be happy to come by and help out. I'm always around San Jose, Sunnyvale and Cupertino area.
