s14 95 ka24de engine wont stay running

My 1995 ka just got its timing redone (not sure if it was 100% right although done professionally) and all new seals. I drove the car for about 2 days and while i was sitting still at lights it started bogging down and would stall out if i didnt tap the gas a bit. So now my dilemma is that i was driving to a buddies house and downshifted from 2nd to 1st and the car started jerking and started bogging a whole lot worse and then stopped running. I sat there for about 20 minutes, cranked the car again and somehow found a sweetspot in the pedal to drive the car about an 1/16 mile to my friends house at under 1500 RPM's, the car has not been able to drive more than 20 yards since. Now when i crank the car it will turn over but as soon as i crank it, the RPM's are around 500 or less and will not fully crank up or stay running

please help, if you need more info i will gladly give it, this is a good as i can come up on a wim right this second

By done professionally I assume you meant at some shop. Well tell them your experiencing these problems maybe they know. Considering it started doing this soon after you got it back from them it could have very well been there fault
