quaife sells a universla transmission....that goes with ALMOST all cars. i know there r a few universal drag auto transmissions. so yes u can make a transmission that works for almost every car.

so basically a transmission that you can bolt up to any bellhousing....the key is the belhousing, no one transmission will bolt to all engines because of the different shapes

i think i'd get the transmission just for your car, as far as i recall, univerasl anything is bad.  example, universal muffler... 80 bucks, sounds like a bee farting
